GWORKS PERFORMANCE is a sports performance gym in Saga City, Japan. We combine assessment technology used by professional teams — Hawkin Dynamics force plates (the first in Saga Prefecture), VBT and GPS tracking — with individualized coaching.
Head coach Shuichi Kinoshita played professional rugby for 10 years, then studied at the University of Wisconsin and trained at EXOS (Arizona, USA). He currently serves as S&C coach for LeRIRO Fukuoka (Japan Rugby League One) and holds NSCA-CSCS, EXOS-XPS and other international certifications.
We welcome athletes of all levels — from juniors to professionals — as well as adults who simply want to move and feel better. Sessions are one-on-one, measured, and tailored to your goals.
